Sissoco Embalo; President of the ECOWAS Commission, Dr. Omar Alieu Touray; Ambassador representing the Government of the People's Republic of China; Permanent Representatives and members of the Diplomatic Corps as well as Heads of ECOWAS Institutions and Commissioners at the ceremony at Airport Road in Lugbe, Abuja to ensure smooth running of the project. The Eye of West Africa, China's commitment to the sub-regional organization, is expected to be completed in 26 months and commissioned by February 2025.
